I'm currently not playing with any mods, and the problem still continues. It could have to do with ENB's dll injection, just try removing it temporarily and report back. The intro/logos only play with the default settings. When I started the game for the first time, all intro/logos were there. The problem has something to do with my settings file. I performed a clean install, and it is still doing the problem. The problem has nothing to do with the mods.
